All honing tools have to be inspected at a regular basis to check the ability to perform as expected in the honing operation at customer's sites. All tools due to reconditioning at meisterHONEN are inspected by our technical team. Customers are kept informed of the state the tools are in. Needed overhauls of honing tools are implemented at shortest times.

Replacement of blunt hones will also be done on the honing tools, as well as cylindrical grinding to bring the tool into "ready-to-use" state.
